boo at the Zoo 2015_web

Saturday, October 15th & 22nd
10 a.m. – 4 p.m. • both days!

Boo at the Zoo is the Northland’s premiere Halloween event for families. Enjoy trick or treating within the safe and beautiful grounds of the Lake Superior Zoo.  Bring along your “little pumpkins” and enjoy the too-many-to-count treat stations throughout the zoo, Halloween-themed activities, food vendors and hundreds of zoo animals.  Activities include a huge pumpkin patch to play in, hourly costume contests, face painting, games, and a special “Creepy Critters” animal exhibit. All the activities are designed to be fun for kids- not scary.  Plus, we NEVER run out of candy, so arrive anytime.

Tickets are $9 in advance or $10 at the door.

Advance tickets are no longer available online but you may purchase them at any Super One Foods through October 22nd or in the zoo’s gift shop before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 21st.

Costume guidelines: Boo at the Zoo is a family friendly event. For the safety of children and all of our guests, the Lake Superior Zoo asks that no adults or teenagers attend Boo at the Zoo with full-face masks or full-face makeup that obscures identity.
