Party for the Planet at the Lake Superior Zoo

Saturday, April 22 • 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Join the Lake Superior Zoo for a special after-hours PARTY FOR THE PLANET on Earth Day, Saturday, April 22 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. See what the animals are up to at dusk and meet endangered species up close. Activities will include animal presentations, fire dancers, campfire, and free snacks. The Arrowhead Astronomical Society will also be on hand with telescopes for viewing the night sky. Please note that some animals may be sleeping and therefore not visible. Ticket rates: $5 for children (3-12), $10 for adults (13 and older), and ages 2 and under are free. Zoo membership qualifies you for a 50% discount: $2.50 for children and $5 for adults. $1 from each ticket will be donated to the MN Zoo’s Tiger Conservation Campaign.

• 7:10 p.m. – Prehensile-tailed Skink Presentation
• 7:40 p.m. – Hedgehog Presentation
• 8:30 p.m. – Tarantula Presentation
